Yes. All that we ask is that you submit your request 10-days prior to your next billing cycle. There are no contracts. Just go into your system members area and click "billing".

The only other charges you have to worry other than our monthly subscription are the texts, emails & calls, which are billed directly through Twilio & Mailgun. Each text under 160 characters starts at a tenth of a cent each.

We offer our live chat from 6 AM ET – 9 PM ET Monday – Friday. You can also use our online help resources, and a library of how-to videos. In addition we have a private Facebook community that offers live office hours 3x per week as well as tips and tricks shared daily.
